Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of receipt. However, stock level errors may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or due to direct sales at non-web based outlets and an item may be sold out. In such an event, we will notify you as soon as possible and either process a refund for the item or place it on back-order.
We will only dispatch orders with a valid tracking number. The tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. We take no responsibility for third party delivery times or service (local postal service or courier). However, in the unlikely event that you are experiencing problems, please advise us as soon as possible so that we can do our best to follow up and assist from our side.
Shipping
Delivery costs are calculated on a weight basis. Deliveries within Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland may be delivered by An Post registered parcel post or by local courier company. Shipments to other countries will be couriered. At all times we endeavour to provide you with the best and most cost-effective service. For large, wholesale orders to certain countries, it is more cost-effective to split the order into two or more boxes. In such instances, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm.
Customs Duties, Taxes and Surcharges
Some countries may impose customs duties, taxes and/or surcharges on imported items. We are unable to assist you in calculating such charges and you should contact your country’s relevant authorities before ordering if you need clarification. IlluminEssence cannot accept liability for such unforeseen charges.
Returns
IlluminEssence will only accept returns for items that were damaged in transit so it is essential that you notify us of damages or breakages immediately on receipt of the parcel. IlluminEssence will not be liable for the cost of return shipping but will issue a replacement item or a refund on receipt of the damaged product. Replacement items will be shipped at no cost to the customer.
